Vekser LLC (“Vekser”) provides a platform that displays reviews, ratings, promotions, and service offerings from service professionals (“Service Providers”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Vekser Service

Vekser enables:

• Display of consumer reviews and ratings
• Submission of your own reviews
• Access to promotions, discounts, and marketplace services

You can manage your plan via:

• App
• Dashboard

Plan details may vary and can be updated at any time.

b. Revenue Model

Vekser may generate revenue from:

• Subscriptions
• Advertisers
• Promotions

Advertisers may pay for:

• Featured listings
• Promotions
• Enhanced visibility

c. Membership Benefits

• Active only while your account is in good standing
• Subject to change at any time
• May vary by user or market

2. Registration Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your information updated

3. Minimum Age

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.

4. Use Void Where Prohibited

Access is void where prohibited by law.

6. Service Fees & Billing

Membership Fee

• Paid in advance

Automatic Renewal

Cancellation

Refund Policy

• No refunds after renewal
• Refunds only if Vekser terminates account (pro-rated)

Account Updater

You authorize Vekser to:

• Update expired card details
• Use third-party services to maintain billing continuity

7. Platform Payments

You may pay Service Professionals through the platform:

• Payments processed via approved methods
• Vekser may store payment details
• Service Professionals collect payments within allowed timeframe

• Payments are between you and the Service Professional
• Vekser is not a party to transactions
• Payments are generally non-refundable

Handled via Stripe and subject to their terms.

8. Incentives

Vekser may offer incentives:

• No guarantees
• No liability for defects or issues
• No obligation to replace incentives

9. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Login credentials
• All account activity

10. Limited License

You may use platform content only for:

• Personal decision-making

You may not:

• Copy or distribute content
• Use it commercially

11. Submission of Reviews

You agree that reviews must:

• Be based on real experiences
• Be accurate and truthful
• Not involve conflicts of interest

Vekser may:

• Edit or remove reviews
• Reject content

12. Conflict Resolution Process (CRP)

If disputes arise:

• You may request assistance
• Vekser facilitates communication only

13. Content License

By submitting content, you grant Vekser:

14. Content Distribution

• Content may be inaccurate or offensive

You assume all risks when using it.

15. Service Providers Disclaimer

Vekser:

• Is not responsible for services or outcomes
• Is not liable for damages

All dealings are directly between you and providers.

16. Health-Related Providers

17. Your Conduct

You agree NOT to:

22. Delays

Vekser is not responsible for delays due to:
