Schedule services directly through Vekser.

• No guarantee of arrival or service completion
• Professionals are not Vekser employees or agents

No Guarantees or Endorsements

Vekser:

• Does not guarantee quality, performance, or results
• Does not endorse any Service Professional
• Does not verify all credentials or reviews

You are responsible for evaluating and contracting directly with providers.

No Contracting via Vekser

• Quotes are informational only
• Not legally binding
• Contracts are strictly between you and the Service Professional

Vekser is not a party to those agreements.

Release of Claims

You agree to release Vekser from all claims related to:

• Service disputes
• Pricing issues
• Work quality

All disputes must be handled directly with the Service Professional.

Use of Platform & Prohibited Conduct

You agree:

• Use is for personal, non-commercial purposes
• No scraping, crawling, or copying data
• No competing or recreating Vekser
• No harassment or misuse

Violation may result in:

• Account termination
• Legal action
• Financial liability

Vekser Key Membership

Subscription & Billing

• Billed immediately upon signup
• Auto-renews annually
• Charges continue until canceled

Cancellation

• Must cancel at least 3 days before renewal
• Access continues until end of billing cycle

Payment Failure

• Membership may be canceled if payment fails
• Renewal date remains original

Offers & Discounts

Referral Discounts

• Must be shared only personally
• No public promotion or advertising
• No cash value

Promotional Coupons

• Limited-time use
• Non-refundable
• Not redeemable for cash

Information You Provide (TCPA Consent)

By submitting information, you:

• Consent to being contacted via phone, SMS, email, or other channels
• Agree to automated calls/messages
• Confirm your data is accurate

Providing false information may result in:

• Legal action
• Minimum $11,000 liability per violation
• Additional damages and penalties

Messaging Terms

You agree to receive SMS messages:

To unsubscribe:

• Text STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT

Dispute Resolution Assistance

Vekser may assist in disputes but:

• Has no obligation

User-Generated Content

All content you submit becomes property of Vekser.

You grant Vekser:

• Worldwide, perpetual rights
• Right to modify, display, distribute content

Content must not include:

• False statements

Service Professional Screening

Vekser may perform limited screening at onboarding:

• License affirmation (not verified)
• Business registration check
• Criminal database check (limited scope)
• Sex offender registry check (name-based only)

• Not guaranteed accurate
• Not updated in real time

You must independently verify all credentials.

Ratings & Reviews Disclaimer

• Reflect user opinions only
• Not verified or endorsed by Vekser

Product Liability

Vekser is not liable for:
